Potato scones

This is one of my favourite savoury recipes. Very easy and simply delicious!

600 g flour
400 g cooked potatoes, mashed
6 tbsp milk
1 sachet yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
250 g margarin

Mix the milk, sugar and yeast and leave at a warm place until frothy.
 Put all the ingredients in a bowl and add the frothy yeast mixture too.
 Knead until you have a soft dough.
 Roll it out about  1-2 cm thick, score the top and cut circles with a cookie cutter. (Or a glass)
 Place on a baking tray and brush with milk. Put in the pre-heated oven (200 C).

You can sprinkle something on top if you want to make it prettier.
