Poppy-seed loaf

My litle ones recently have revolted against the usual morning porridge. They went on a strike and I just coyuldn't get them to eat up. I suppose they got bored. So, I had to come up with something to bring some change into our breakfasts.
This recipe is very easy to make, and it tastes yummy with a mug of hot cocoa!

Ingredients:
450g flour
150g butter, melted
1 sachet yeast
1 tsp salt
100 ml yogurt or soured cream
200 ml milk
1 tbsp sugar

Mix the milk, sugar and yeast and leave until frothy. Mix together all ingredients and add the yeast mixture. Beat with a wooden spoon. You should get a soft but not sticky dough.
 For the filling:
150g sugar
100 ml milk
350g ground poppy seed
1 apple, grated
handful of raisins
1 lemon's zest

Heat the sugar and milk until dissolved. Take off the heat, add poppy seed, zest, apple and raisins. Mix well.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Spread the filling on it and roll up like a Swiss roll.
Place in a greased baking tray and put in a pre-heated oven (200 C). Bake for 50-60 mins.
And have a good morning! :D
